Statement of Activities missing accounts
Our Statement of Activities report is missing four lines...any ideas why this would happen? For two of them, the account-00 line shows up, but the account-16 (different department) does not. All four of these are new accounts for 2020. We cannot get our report to tie out for our audit; now we know the WHAT but can't figure out the WHY...help?! Thanks!

It sounds like the Chart Organizer/Visual Chart Organizer you're using for the report doesn't have those new accounts included based on its custom settings. A quick validation and then adding the accounts should do the trick!
