Our web form links were down without explanation. Anyone else?

Our links for web forms now have a 404 server error but it seems to be sporadic based on users' browsers and devices. Anyone else having issues?

    We have not seen that today, but Altru has been extremely slow and laggy in general.

    Our Altru was also unusually slow on Friday and over the weekend. Our web form program and membership links were down for most users so nothing could be sold online until 2pm on Friday and we're still having issues with the eTicket links in customers' emails. (Customers are showing up for their admission and clicking the eTicket link in their confirmation email but then the links are broken so they can't access the tickets. Super frustrating for our front desk staff all weekend.) Blackbaud Support said that they had to refresh something on their end to get the web form links working again, but could not give me specifics. Curious if anyone else was negatively impacted because this seems to keep happening to our Altru.
