Viewing Membership Transaction Comments

Myself and other users are unable to view comments on a membership transaction. Support says its because our internet browser security is too high. Something we are not willing to change because thats not logical for us at all. Are most users unable to see membership transaction comments? It proves quite problematic when it comes to "reading" a membership correctly. Sometimes refunded transactions show, but because comments arent visible, at a glance users dont see a correct or full picture. Has anyone found a fix or a way of handling these, or is there an upvote process that I can add to to get BB to fix this? I dont think I can have notifications pop up when looking at a membership record?
