Regions Bank Purchase Card

I am trying to get some idea of how the Regions Bank Purchase card is working for users? Anyone out there using one and willing to let me know? I would appreciate some honest feedback, whether it's positive or negative.

  • Hi Sandy,

We have had the Regions Bank Purchase card for about 5 months. Overall the card is working well for us. However, I have received no training from Regions whatsoever. Unfortunately, Regions website is not very intuitive so there has been lots of calls to support in order report fraudulent charges, learn how to create cards, set up payments, ect.

Overall the integration into Blackbaud Expense Management works really well.
  • Subscribing to this topic, I am also interested! Currently our Purchase Cards do not link to Expense Manager but we did not want to switch to Regions because they would pull the Purchase card payment out of our bank account. We want to be able to pay instead of the money being drafted.
  • We've been using the PCards through Regions Bank now for about 4 months and I love the integration into FE. Regions website isn't too bad and their customer support has been good. I've had some problems when trying to raise limits by myself because I didn't change all the necessary fields but a quick call into Regions and it was fixed.

My only complaint is that in FE, as a user, you do not get notified when you have a credit card charge waiting to be submitted. You get notified when your submission gets approved but not the initial charge.
  • We've been using it for more than a year now and can only say positive things about it.

Credit card feeds facilitate data entry.

Regions' Centresuite provides an efficient way to manage card accounts.
  • We have been using Regions for a few months now and received our first reward but there is no information on the reward. Do you know we can view the info regarding the rewards payment?
  • If you look at what you paid to Regions Visa Card in 2020 and multiply it by .05%, you'll see that it agrees to the rebate amount. I read that they give that rebate to you annually usually Feb/March timeframe for the previous year.
