How to preselect monthly giving option from email

If I understand your situation correctly, I think I can help. When I'm sending emails that link to a form where donors can make a onetime gift (among a few suggested amounts) or a monthly gift (among different suggested amounts), the links in my email include a parameter that selects the donation level of my preferred monthly default amount. So my URLs would include this: &set.DonationLevel=26987


26987 corresponds to the ID number of that monthly default amount on that particular form. You can see a donation level's ID number when you're at the Configure Donation Levels step of setting up your form or with the browser's inspector tool.

You're very welcome! That parameter is handy. You can also use it for testing, e.g. to see if you get more gifts when donation level A or B is preselected.
