Unable to Import Document or Subject field in Constituent Actions

According to the article 189059, we cannot use Import to enter data in these fields. Is there an alternate method for doing this, some other process? Perhaps with Global Add or Global Change?

    You can do it as part of a Global Add of actions but only if you are adding the entire action, and if all the information of the action will be the same for all the records involved. That is, if the action is already on a record and you just need to add this field, you can't do it through Global Add. And it is not something that can be done through Global Change, unfortunately.

    Thank you Tatyana for your reply. This information is very helpful! Since all the action information is the same for all the records involved I was successful with using Global Add. I've setup a query to pull only those constituents that I want to add the action to.
