Budget Creator Add-on issue

Anyone have any issues with getting connected to the Budget Creator Add-On? I hit the connect button and then it took me to the "application website" and then I was asked for a Microsoft account password? Anyone else have that issue?

    I have an issue with connecting our Power Plan Budget & Reporting Software. It appears as if it is connected but when I click on the "Load" button to start the transfer of data it does nothing. Blackbaud has been doing so many updates I just hope that this doesn't become an ongoing situation like it has with the Report Formatting issue.
