Cards not issuing?
Anyone else having issues with cards not issuing upon transactions? We keep getting them and I haven't found a rhyme or reason to it.
It's definitely happening on upgrades and downgrades for us but now it's starting to happen with rejoins. I think maybe it's extended memberships that it's happening to? Again, no rhyme or reason, so I'm wondering if any of you have any insight!

It definitely sounds like the membership expiration update program is to blame. I'd contact support as they should have a walk through to fix.0
