Is Blackbaud offline?

I am currently unable to access Chat Support and the Knowledgebase is very slow. Is it just me or are others having the same issue?

    I'm having issues as well trying to contact support. Chat and Case Central will not come up for me and Knowledgebase will come up but when I click on any article it says not available or I don't have rights to access.

    Same here. Their status page at www.blackbaud.com is not reporting any issues at last check. ugh!

    Blackbaud support just confirmed with me that their whole ticketing system and phone support are having issues. I'm surprised they never updated their https://status.blackbaud.com/ page.
