Actions Create By field in MS Power Automate Workflow

Hi everyone,


I have looked in every "Actions" table available to me in the Blackbaud app on MS Power Automate, but have not been able to locate the "Created By" or "Added By" field. Do you know if it is possible to bring this field into a workflow for an action through the app, or do you have any suggestions on how to create some kind of workaround that accomplishes this?

    At the moment the underlying endpoints in the Constituent SKY API do not return any details about the user account that created the action. Would you mind filing this request in the Idea bank so our Product Management team can evaluate and prioritize it?

    Also, I'd be interested to know more about what scenario you're trying to solve in Power Automate (just to help inform us about the need)...can you elaborate on what you'd like to accomplish?

    Thank you both for the replies.


    We are trying to track actions that are associated with a donor plan. Since it is not possible to include the author of the action, the workaround is to implement a naming convention in the summary line to help identify those who may need extra training and to track activity associated with the donor plan. For type we will be using Donor Plan; the summary line will be prefaced with the author.
