Done Date Goes Missing

I am in the middle of a report review cycle and I have marked my requirement as done a few times, by choosing the done date with the calendar tool, clicking save or save and close, and then later opening the same requirement only to find it was not marked as done and the done date is missing again. Has anyone else experienced this? The first time it happened I thought it was just me, but then it happened a few more times with different grant requirement records.

    YES! I filed a case about it and they told me that INSTEAD of putting the date in (like i normally do), I would have to check the box beside it and click on the "Mark as Done" button at the bottom. This is BEFORE you click into the actual requirement record itself. Another thing that doesn't work like it used to in the old version with no explanation why.

    Yes I have experienced the same issue. I found that I had to click the “Mark as Done” button when inside of the record and then a box pops up where you can add Notes and then save/close. That has been working for me. I see Nikki's response as well, which I haven't done it that way. I just go ahead and click the button as soon as I am finishing working inside/making updates to the record and save it that way.

    This was an issue with the Done Date not being stored properly when not using the Mark as done action but instead manually entering the Done Date. This has been resolved and should function correctly now.

    This is actually not fixed: If you have a payment requirement with the payment contingent on the requirement being marked done and you type in the done date (instead of selecting "Mark as Done"), you get a dialog box asking if you want the payment to go to scheduled and you check it off to say yes and continue, you would assume the payment is now scheduled, but it is not!! I've opened a ticket because this is a real issue if staff believe they are marking a payment contingency done and the payment is scheduled, when in fact it is not. To resolve, you have to mark the requirement not done and go back and select the "Mark as Done" button - you CANNOT type in the date.
