Is it possible to add n emergency bulletin on a sub-page? (such as a coronavirus page) ? It looks like the option under Core>Communications>Emergency Bulletins les you make only a site-wide bulletin.

    I am not aware of it. I believe you are correct that it is only a site-wide bulletin.

    Chris is correct. Emergency bulletins are site-wide.

    Would an Announcement, News, or Text content type be able to serve a similar purpose on the sub-page? Or what about a Header page widget?

    that would work, but we liked the idea of a one-time popup on a sub-page.
