How to grant access to Find Me Now

We have an employee with access/roles of nurse, non-teaching staff, teacher, and all-school. She doesn't have a teaching schedule, and doesn't see the Find Me Now tile on Academics. Can anyone help me figure out how to give her access to that tile?

    I cloned a role off of the Attendance Manager role to give access to the Find Me Now in Academics. The task I gave was “Schedule user profile” It worked without giving much other access, but the individuals I gave it to may have had other supporting roles. It is worth a try!

    I'm actually fairly certain that the Nurse role has default access to Find Me Now. The issue is that you must publish your schedule sets to the Nurse role. In Academics > Scheduling > Schedule Outline, make sure that all schedule sets have a current date set for the Nurse role. This article explains it well in the section called “Ensure the nurse can locate students.”
