Exporting meeting times by group id

In order to support schools with “random” scheduling, we need to find a way to export all meeting times for every group for one cycle. That information doesn't seem available within advanced lists. We can get blocks and block ids, but this is only useful for schools using block scheduling.

Are there any reports or lists that could fit that need? Or even external solutions via APIs?
