Can add-on be removed from Membership program?

Hi~

We want to run a promotion in December that would be a discounted bundle of 4 tickets to an upcoming traveling exhibit with the purchase of a full price membership. I have no experience with add-ons on membership but felt like this would be our best option. Does anyone know if I can remove the add-on from the membership program on January 1 when the promotion is over? I've had mixed answers.

    Hi Meghan!

    It looks like you can delete an Add-On from the Membership Program overall. Just go to the Membership page, click on the name of the Membership, go to the Prices tab and delete the add-ons. Keep in mind that it will not delete those Add-ons from the members that purchased the membership with those add-ons. For instance, if they purchased a membership with those 4 tickets as add-ons, even once you deleted the add-on from the membership, they would still have those 4 ticket add-ons displaying on their membership record. It sounds like that's what you would want to happen, but just figured I'd throw it out there :)
