How to add a program or admission to a group reservation?

Hello,

We are bringing back school tours, and we have never used Altru for them before. I've been testing group sales, and I do not see how to add admission tickets to the reservation. See the screenshot below. There is no option to add anything to this part.

Only one of our programs is available in the "quick itinerary" drop-down when setting up the reservation, but that is not the program that schools will likely be attending.

All of our programs are available for sale in Group Sales, so I don't know what step I'm missing and why just that one program is showing up as a quick itinerary.

    Hi Katelyn!

    I recommend you take the Group Sales Reservations class - I'm teaching it on October 22nd! We spend the entire time just building out reservations and adding programs to those reservations. You'll be an expert in no time!

    To answer your question though, click on the Itinerary. It's under the section, Manage Itineraries, and the itinerary will be named by default as the name of the contact. Once you've clicked into the Itinerary, you can click Add in the upper right hand corner and add Daily Admission programs, scheduled programs, or custom items (like lunch, for example). I've added a photo below of the add button within the itinerary.

    Scheduled programs will only show up if you've scheduled a program for that specific group. For instance, if Jefferson Elementary wants to visit and go to your School Tour at 3 PM, your first step would be to go to that program and add in that specific program event for that School Tour at 3 PM. After you've added the program event, that's when you get to go into the Group Sales Reservations and go to the itinerary and when you add a Scheduled Program, you'll see it available for you.
