Gift Membership Auto Renewals

Auto renewing memberships seem easy enough…
…but what are you doing when it is a gift membership purchased from someone other than the purchaser? What do the renewal notices look like? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I would like to have this figured out before we turn on the auto renewal option.

    I exclude any notices that have renewals going to the giver and giver and primary member and attempt to send them their own set of correspondence. It can be tricky and I don't even DO auto renewals. I would think for auto renewals you would go all in but make sure your givers KNOW they've signed up for such a thing (assuming this is an option). And for any notices going to only Primary Member, just make them aware it exists and to sign up for it in the future….does that make sense? I'm following more so for any good advice on communicating with these types of donors - ones that want to KNOW when their gift memberships expire.
