Just update the template?

I was trying to use the Users without Photos list template. I contacted support and they directed me to How do I create a List of users without a profile photo (blackbaud.com). It is instructions on how to fix the broken template. Rather than making this article why not just fix the template so people like me don't have to hunt for a fix?

Brian - I agree! There are a few ideas in the ideas portal that address some of what you're asking about:
One here asking for the ability to delete user photos in bulk
One here asking to revamp the bulk upload processI just voted on them both - hopefully this gets implemented in the near-ish future!
