Freezing Constituent's Property Window

in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussions

While in Database View: I open a constituents’ properties window but it freezes, and I can't close it, either using the Close button or the X in the upper right. I can move the properties window, but I can't access the main window below it. Used the Task Manager to close and I have rebooted each time it's happened. Any suggestions for solving this problem?

    Roger - is your org hosted? I've seen this happen once in a while if the hosted environments start getting a little sluggish. Is this only happening with Property or is it happening with any other pop-up windows from the constituent record? You could potentially mess around with some Citrix settings, but I've personally had pretty inconsistent luck getting Citrix to behave itself.

    Yes, our computer services are hosted. Also, the Constituent's Property window was the only one I had opened. So, I'm not sure if the freezing issue occurred with other windows.
