OLX Event Registrations not applying as revenue to registration fees

I'm noticing that when we use the OLX for event registrations, the participants are pulling into the event, but the amount is not being applied as a registration fee. For example, an online registrant displays in my RENXT participant list as $0 Revenue, no payment applied to their registration. This is frustrating in creating summary reports on events, as I'm having to develop a workaround to report on total event revenue from ticket sales. Has anyone else encountered this, or has been here before and know what I'm missing? Appreciate the assist!

    I am also hoping to find a solution to this. When we tried to pull the registration fees in, they came into the RE records as gifts. How can we fix that and yet credit payment to the registrant?

    Sabrina, are you making sure to link your gift to the registration? You can do so either through the participant record under the Registration tab, or else during gift batches through Gift - Apply, IF the registration is already entered on their donor record.

    Thanks, Faith! I looked into this, and I believe I misrepresented the issue. For these registrations showing as $0 Revenue, there is no gift to link to. The batch action from OLX to RE, is creating a receipted registration fee and contribution amount, but it is not creating a gift applied as registration fee. For example, looking a participant, clicking Link To Gift - there is no matching gift to link to. I may be approaching this wrong… my end goal is to have a query that pulls Event Number Registered and Total Registration Fee Revenue to provide a snapshot of event performance for tracking.

    *UPDATE: Solved! The issue was the batches were not committed. Sharing here for any newbies inheriting mid-event - double checking that batches are committed. This way the gift is created and revenue displays for the event.
