Records Not Reflecting Updates/Approvals

I am noticing today that when I approve a request or save changes to an organization record, the request nor the organization record immediately reflect those actions. It's to the point I'm second-guessing what I just did so I close out of the request or organization and go back in to verify.

    I noticed the same issue starting on Friday. I thought it was related to my connectivity and possible refresh delay. Today it has persisted and is causing the same frustration. Hoping for a solution.

    I had that happen yesterday also when doing tax status verify. I had to close the record and re-open it to actually see the action reflected. Hopefully they are working on this issue.

    I too have been receiving messages that any changes I've made have not been saving, causing me to duplicate my work. I've had this going on for a couple of weeks.

    This is still happening today; I just submitted a case with examples attached.

    I thought it was a refresh thing because it's been happening to me too.

    Are people still experiencing this issue? I have just had a colleague inform me that they keep finding that when they have changed /updated things in the request record, they aren't always saving - for example adding/amending the alert or updating notes (they are definitely clicking save on the record) - but they are finding when they refresh/go back into the record it hasn't always saved…

    I just wondered how you got on with the case that's been raised about this?

    We have not been experiencing this since shortly after I created the initial post.
