Can you copy an action?

Sorry if this question has been asked, is it possible to copy an action. Trying to save time when another solicitor attended the same dinner/meeting and already entered their action etc? Can you copy but change the solicitor name?

    unfortunately not, you can only do SAVE and NEW which does not retain the data - just opens new action to complete.

    If this is an action you might be setting up a lot you might want to use a default set. Here is a link to a KB article on how to do that. This might only be available in database view however, I'm not sure.
