Add-In button not visible other users

I followed the steps to create the Simple Acknowledgement Add-in button, but I am the only user who can see the button. Are there permissions I need to give the other users so they can see it too?

    Turns out the answer was not an issue with the connector but security permissions. The Add-In button letter flow requires users to have permissions to edit gifts. These permissions are in the Raiser's Edge database view under Admin → Security → Records → Gift. Then check the “view” box.
