Does anyone else have to manually change their EFT file every time?

    what are you having to change for PNC in the ACH file?

    we change manually -whenever there is mass change. we have to get with the staff (in this case) to verify that they stayed with PNC or went to another bank.

    i ran a query in the database on the bank, then put those vendors/staff on hold until we received an answer. we were having alot of returned payments from the bank, due to the changes.
