Classifications or Coding based on Request Type

Has anyone set up coding at the request level specific to the request type? Program Area, for example. Thank you!

    Yes we have done this - we have created a coding table that allows us to break down the fund type further…. so for example we have an application for a theme (type of request), but that theme may actually have 3 separate programs under it (additional coding table) - we've also included our financial coding in the description here so when we export information it talks to our finance system.

    You can also put these codings into application forms, set them to the code you want them to land to, and hide it (so the applicant doesn't see it) - if you use the application module.
