Adding IT devices to classrooms for tracking

Hi,

Is anyone using blackbaud to track devices that are assigned to/located in classrooms? We have added Admin view fields to staff for their device information, but is there a way to do this for specific rooms? I appreciate your insight!

Lauren -

You can add an Admin View Only Custom Field to the room record and enter the information or you could just add the information in the Room note field.

Thank you Scott! I did it for our staff/faculty earlier this year, but now we're adding room-specific devices.
