RE7 vs NXT

We are a College Foundation and we are in discussions with Blackbaud about changing to NXT. We currently use RE7, Constant Contact, and the Award Management Program for student awards. If we were to go with NXT I know it would replace Constant Contact but would it replace the Award Management Program or would we still need it?

What do the other Universities and Colleges use?

    NXT includes RE7 basically - the “Database view” is RE7 - NXT is just web view + database view. NXT won't be able to replace the award management tool but may add functionality. imo nothing in web view is as robust as you'll expect it to be…including the built-in marketing tools; they aren't going to be as robust as Constant Contact. But if you don't need something quite so robust then the built-in tools in NXT aren't bad.
