Hi All - has anyone found a way to export room schedules from BB K12? And if so, is there a way to feed those room bookings into a google calendar? We are trying to setup a classroom booking system, but we need to know when the classrooms are not being used for teaching. It would be wonderful if this data could be pulled from BB K-12 and fed into Google - like we can do for teacher and student schedules.

    @Kathleen Peak - THere are a couple of reports that may be helpful. You can run the reports and export to Excel. You would then have to manipulate the data to get it into a form useful for import.

    Core > Reporting > Reports

    In the Report search field, enter room and click Find.

    Run the Master Schedule report and the Room Utilization Matrix report.

    Master Schedule is tied to specific calendar days, and requires you to specify a date range.

    Room Utilization Matrix is not tied to specific days. It may or may not be better, but it will require more work to be useful. It reports room usage by scheduling block. The file format is awful, and will take a little effort to read correctly.

    Thanks Brian - You're right, the format is awful and it would require us to export each room individually - YIKES - lol.
