Email Type - Global Change?

I am new to Raiser's Edge and working my way through the database. I have come across an issue and I am not getting clear information of if it is possible, I see it being possible for phone numbers.

I would like to send out my membership emails through the NXT email platform instead of OLX but not all email addresses are checked off as primary. Is there a way to globally change this to check off all emails in our records to primary?

Or is there a way to ensure all emails get sent regardless of this being checked off in RE Database?

The static lists are already created and used in OLX and I understand how you bring it all over it is just the email type that I am stuck on as the database is not completely set up identically for each profile and this database has been being used for several, several years.

Our organization also uses ImportOmatic and we have templates set up for our membership lists, is there an option I can add to our import list to automatically check this primary email box off while importing data?
