Error Message Image Concern
Good morning, a member of our development leadership team brought the following concern up and asked that we share it with Blackbaud:
“It perhaps seems inappropriate for Blackbaud to use an image of anyone or anything being beat up to indicate that their system is down. I thought I might bring this to your attention to bring up with our partners. Perhaps they can choose a less triggering image?”
Sharing this in the idea bank for Blackbaud's consideration. Thank you.

@Lily Barger Hello! Can you tell us where you saw this message? That will help us track it down! It's an old image that needs to be removed.

@Crystal Bruce I just saw that image this morning when signing into BB account; this error image occurred and then I left the browser and went back in and successfully logged in. I have definitely seen this prior to this morning as well. It seems all BB ‘sign - in’ scripts/logic can be searched in to locate all image files.
