Magnus Health Sync Issues

Hi-

Just want to see if anyone else beside me is having issues with MH syncing. For the last week any new student records put into BB and then synced into MH has an issue. The name will come into MH, but you can't retrieve the record and the parents aren't able to get in MH at all.

I've reached out to MH and all I get is that it is being worked on. I'm wondering if the issue is specific to our system or it is happening for everyone.

  • @Boyd Reilly yes, we are having issues with parents being able to access their MH accounts via SSO. I can confirm that the connection triggers a reset of the api key, but users get an error nonetheless. Yesterday, after a week of troubleshooting, I was told by our technical rep at MH that is is a known glitch affecting other schools and that it has been patched. still not working for us though.

    We are still experiencing problems with parent logins. Are you still having trouble?

  • @Jason Chase Yes, as of EOD Friday, no joy. I sent MH new API creds on 11 July and still no resolution. Blackbaud has confirmed that it is an authentication on the part of MH. BB suggested that I confirm that the integration settings are correct as well. I sent MH the integration secret that we have for them to confirm. It has been multiple business days and still no confirmation on that. Very unhappy with MH support at this point.
