Nurse Visit Log / Notification?

I'm VERY new and we aren't even “live” yet, but I have a question about Nurse's Visits and the information logged. At a previous school that used Illuminate (when it was an SMS), when a student would come to the office for medical care, the parents would get a notification about whether the child received acetaminophen, ibuprofen, etc. Does that notification live somewhere in the Blackbaud K12 SMS? Or when a student comes in to receive care, can parents see that when they log in and view their student's profile?

    Bumping this up as I am also looking for this! It seems like nurse visits should show up on the parent portal somewhere but I don't see where it does.

    @Maggie Storm - We haven't turned on this permission on the Parent Role in our system, but there are two Tasks on the Parent Role that may enable access to the student information contained in the Nurse's Office area of the SIS; called Medical User Profile and Student Medical Profile Security For Parents. I say “may” because sometimes you also need to enable certain reports, and sometimes these Tasks don't do what the name would imply.

    You may want to check with your implementation team or run at the very least run some tests before rolling these permissions out live to your community.
