Little things like a constituent not capitalizing their first/last name or forgetting an "@" sign in their email can make for a bad engagement experience or worse, mean they're never engaged at all. In this session we'll look at:

  • Using the "clean" site options to automatically correct misconfigured or mistyped data.
  • Discuss some of the address validation options you can install to make sure addresses are fully captured correctly.
  • Explore site options and other methods of keeping your data clean and usable.

    @Kent Gilliam We've had support enable the Automatic Constituent Input Data Formatting, however we are not able to see those enabled items listed in Site Options. Shouldn't we be able to see those listed if they are turned on? Is there another way to make sure they are activated? Thanks!
