Facility Rentals (resources vs. locations)

We just implemented Altru last month and are now starting to use the system for facility rentals. We are finding it a little difficult to set everything up in a way that makes it easy for our business office to reconcile.

We have onsite conference rooms as well as overnight accommodations that are all billed with one master bill. I've create a template for an invoice and uploaded that into our letter template library and have been using Altru to generate that as the contract (as opposed to using the order balance form which does itemize the charges). However, I'm having a hard time getting everything to itemize properly. Does anyone else have overnight accommodates? How did you set it up in Altru? I've added in our locations but think it might display better on an invoice template if we use resources. Anyone have insight into what works best

    We use resources for additional charges with Facility Rentals. Things like: cocktail tables, additional hours, adding the garden space. I usually end up exporting and spend time making an invoice in word. Or I go to our financial software.
