Unable to edit vendor addresses

Hi all,

There have been occasions where I need to remove or change a vendor's address but am unable to because NXT says “The address is in use and cannot be deleted.” I don't have any open or unpaid invoices for the vendor, so there's no reason it couldn't be deleted. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it either.

Has anyone else had this issue, and/or know the reason for it?
