What happened to

It's been completely changed. I have the ability to post payables, cash receipts and fixed assets in NXT, and I think I understand what's been done there……..however, my ability to post payment and receipt adjustments (used to be #4 in the list) is gone! Please advise if you know where it is. I can't figure out how to post cash management entries. Did we actually take this functionality away and force it back into database view?

    My subledger has not been producing batches for posting, correctly, for a solid week - and now I see this screen is completely changed! I can't get any help from Blackbaud on my case - but it's becoming clear the issues are occurring due to system changes they are making.

    You can post your Cash management entries by clicking on the Post button at the top of the page. This opens the same old screen as before.

    Note: Credit card adjustments can now be posted along with bank account entries in cash management. Before, you had to use the database view for credit card adjustments.

  • @Amanda Guardado I am now noticing that my deposit batches coming over from RE aren't posting properly………I validate and post them, then they don't show up on the bank register or bank reconciliation. Weird.
