Unstable FTP Connection to Balckbaud sever

Hi All,

We are currently using RE Queue to export file and then using a Python script to automatically move the files from the blackbaud server to our local server. The process works great at the beginning, but it has been failed to connect to the Blackbaud server very frequently. Almost every week. Even when I try to manually connect it by using FileZilla, it has been hit and miss. I am wondering if you ever experienced anything like that. Here is the error and how it behave when try to manually connect by using WinSCP:

“Network error: Software caused connection abort”

    @Lijun Yuan - You should check out the Microsoft Integration forum, a fair number of BB product users are trying to accomplish the same thing you are except through Power Automate. There are a number of posts there about this very topic.

    @Austen Brown Thank you Austen! Sure, I will check over there.

    We can do the queue and scheduling fine and they are working. The only problem is that the FTP connection that used to move the file over to our local server kept time out lately. The whole solution worked beautifully before.
