So NXT now has some “Website Components” that you allow you create a little preview of a Key Metric or Goal meter for an EXTERNAL website. Neat…

But I still can't set up internal goals or add extra HTML for internal reports on the Insight Designer reporting tool that we pay for… ?

    @Tom Klimchak - Since Insight Designer isn't fulling all our org's needs, I recommend you take a look at Power BI. Blackbaud has put out documentation on how to create a direct link from your RE NXT data into the Microsoft Power Platform for this specific application - I encourage you to check it out:

    @Austen Brown Yeeeah, we keep looking at Power BI, but our IT department is not too enthused about buying licenses (even though they are affordable). We also have issues with our Exchange setup being somewhat “nonstandard” so most the email functionality that seems like a no-brainer in Power BI wouldn't actually work on our campus.

    I think Blackbaud's attitude of “we don't want to do it anymore so now you have to pay someone else” has been rubbing us the wrong way for a while.
