Online payments for Group Sales

Does anyone know if there is a way to take online payments for Group Sales reservations? I would love to be able to send groups a specific link where they can pay deposits for their reservations. Right now we are spending a lot of time trying to coordinate with people over the phone to get their credit card info. Thanks!

    I created a new program that is “Group Visit Deposit” that allows me to send a link for deposit payments for group visits. I've created similar deposit programs for birthday parties and facility rentals as well. I send them the direct web link for payment, here's an example. So far it has worked pretty well for us and has taken many phone calls and emails off my plate.

    Another option, if you don't want to create additional programs/events or deal with changing the price for each reservation, if to set up a designation specifically for reservations. Take the “donation” and then do an internal transfer of funds to the group sale. Then your money is in the correct place, as well.

    It's been a little since you post this but what do you do on the group reservation record? Do you apply the payment from the donation as other?

    @Amanda Bjorklund, yes, for Payment Method choose “Other” and then select your version of “Internal Transfer” for the Other Method.
