Remove Pleges from Webview Appeal Report

Hello everyone,

Happy Monday!

Wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a way to remove pledges from the Appeal report in NXT webview.

The report shows our revenue for the year, as the initial pledge, plus the pledge payment. We would prefer to see only the payment as the revenue, but I can't seem to find a way to filter this out?

@Joe Moretti, I am using the prebuilt Appeal Report. I can filter it down to include the appeals and gifts dates I want to be included, but cannot find a way to filter out Pledges.

I want this report to be e-mailed out at the beginning of each week to our fundraisers, but currently the revenue isn't reflected accurately due to the pledges.

@Kylee Hamilton If it is the appeal report I am thinking about, you can change the Revenue Type to Received, but you need to make sure your settings for Received are configured properly to just include Pledge payments and not Pledges in the Control Panel/Settings/Giving Analysis.

I had the report set-to Revenue type of committed, which pledges are not listed in the Giving Analysis settings. Swtiching from Committed to received corrected the revenue!
