hello everyone,

We are exploring the purchase order aspect of FE NXT but honestly do not know anything about it. We have a new Athletic Director who has NO financial experience so we are concerned with him managing such a robust budget. Hoping that by creating a pre-approval purchase process would help to mitigate any budget concerns. Would love any & all feedback & /or resources for better understanding the purchase order capabilities/process within FE NXT.

    @Marie Downey We are actually in the process of setting up the web portal. We are learning sadly that we are unable to import an item list so it will not be as detailed as we would like.

    you can. The import would be Products, in AP imports.

    We're in the process of migrating from FE 7 to FE NXT. Unfortunately, the PO module is not available yet at this point. I'm also keeping an eye out on this feature along with the AR module. Hopefully very soon!
