School Event Forms

What do schools use to create an event within their school to share the event details with the faculty, staff, maintenance, dining services and tech. For example an event reserving a room, setting up refreshments with dining services, set up and clean up with maintenance etc. This form would not be used for registering for the event but instead letting the internal community know the date , what is needed and any set up.

We used finalsite forms and google forms in the past. I do not think blackbaud has one to use. Any third party forms?
