Chrome printing broken?

Anyone else dealing with the browser based printing of receipts and tickets being broken? I suspect a recent Chrome update (or possibly Windows update) has broken the printing. We're seeing it across all our stations including people on laptops who don't usually use browser printing- we also got an error in the Chrome notification menu that there was an issue with Altru printing.

    Curious, have you been updated to the newest Altru?

  • @Christine Newman For the record the issue was either a Chrome update or an update to the Altru print plug-in that happened across all our stations at once, causing the Altru print Chrome plug in to de-authorize. Once we figured out the issue and re-authorized the plugin on all our stations, printing was restored.

    That's a fairly simple solution, but when many of our stations are being staffed by front line team with less experience troubleshooting, it can be a challenge to find and identify issues efficiently.
