We are looking for a large strategic consulting company to advise us on:

Data-Driven Decision Making: Guide senior staff on leveraging data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions related to fundraising and donor management.

Donor Lifecycle Analysis: Help identify the stages of the donor lifecycle and advise on the best practices for donor acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Major Donor Portfolio Management: Assist in creating and managing portfolios for major donors, ensuring that the right donors are assigned to the appropriate staff members for personalized engagement.

Performance Dashboards: Develop customized performance dashboards that offer real-time insights into key metrics, enabling senior management to have a comprehensive view of fundraising progress and donor engagement.

Fundraising Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the fundraising strategy, aligning it with the organization's mission and goals.

Board Reporting: Advise on the critical data points and key performance indicators (KPIs) to be included in board reports, helping the board members stay informed about the organization's fundraising efforts.

Training and Support: Provide training to staff members, enabling them to effectively use Raisers Edge NXT and maximize its potential for data analysis and decision-making.
