Professional Development
Does anyone have a recommendation of professional development opportunities/conferences specific to gift processing or database management? I have found only one through CASE, a Gifts and Records Workshop, but it takes place during our annual fund so not a viable option.

@Angela Ferguson I've found the CASE Gifts and Records Workshop to be a great place to start. The regional conferences are a good resource.
I'd also look into aasp or ADRP if those fit your position. And obviously bbcon is open for registration. You can't miss with that.

@Dariel Dixon Thank you, Dariel - that's good to know about the CASE workshop and your suggestions look great. The ADRP in particular looks like it might be good fit for both myself and a couple teammates. I signed up for bbcon virtual as soon as it was offered! Can't attend in person due to our annual fund campaign but I'm hoping for a lot of positives from the online event.
