Delays in Database View
Hi all. Is anyone having issues with slowness in the database view? It is really annoying today.

Yes and yesterday too! extremely slow. Type and waiting for letters to appear slow!

@Patti Posey Yes, that's been my experience! Customer support says there are no known issues. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling Citrix.

Hi all. Is anyone having issues with slowness in the database view? It is really annoying today.
Always helpful to check status.blackbaud.com as well. There will definitely be times when it shows that everything is operational even though many users are experiencing latency, but often does indicate problems. Subscribing to the issue (in the upper right corner) can be helpful and also logging a case.
