New deployment of user accounts preventing database view access- Citrix

Here's a fun one- when adding new FE users, or setting up existing ones on a new device, we are running into an issue with Citrix that is preventing them from accessing database view (which hasn't been turned off for us yet) and also the budget creator Excel Add-in. Has anyone else experienced this issue? We are in a microsoft environment using active directory. I appreciate any insight!
