  • @Jane Miller It depends on what you are trying to do. We have it and are looking to switch to a data warehouse and Power BI because of limitations. There are also some data points that are not available in Insight Designer: Memberships, Volunteer, Events.

  • @Kisha Baker Thank you, Kisha. One thing we need is the ability to report on pledge installments due during our fiscal year, via the NXT Dashboard Reports.

  • @Jane Miller consider what you are trying to accomplish with it. There are limitations such as BB has not included the use of Attributes/Custom Fields which is a very big piece at my current org as well as my last org. Soft credits are being introduced but not in a manner that is 100% useful.

    Start with what are you trying to report on and work through what is currently available in reporting and in databaseview.
