Credit Card Feeds stopped pulling

We have been using credit card feeds since we started with FE NXT last summer and the feeds have worked mostly perfectly. Occasionally we will get duplicate entries and a few missing here and there. However, we have not been able to get credit card charges come over consistently since December. Now no charges are coming through even though our feed is refreshed successfully. Does anyone have any tips? We have more than 25 cards, but they all roll to one billing account.

    definitely sounds like a support issue. If you've not started working with FE support, I'd advise starting asap as they may need to engage yodlee as well depending where the issue is.

    I had the same problem and in the end I had to enter each card separately and now it works fine. It has everything to do with having over 20 cards. Their partner stopped handling that successfully.
