I'm trying to customize an OLX donate form to allow people to make tribute gifts for one specific person. On tab 2, under tributes, when I select “Allow donors to honor a specific individual that you specify,” then I search and find the individual (who I have made a tribute on their individual record), OLX will not let me save the form. The error says I need to select a tribute. I believe the error has to do with the fields after selecting the individual to honor, specifically “Select the text to display on the form," which is a drop-down field. The trouble is, I cannot for the life of me figure out what that field might be called in RE configuration and how to configure the text to display. Is it a table? Help please!

    @Autumn Steiner - Welcome to BB Community! The “text to display” table is comprised of two fields on the tribute record: tribute type and description.

    For example - John Smith has a tribute record with a type of "in honor of" and a description of “his birthday”, therefore display text drop-down in OLX would read “in honor of his birthday”.

    Thank you for the reply! Your response makes sense…my trouble is that I cannot seem to get anything to populate in that dropdown menu. My tribute type is configured with “in honor of," “in memory of” table values, etc. And this all shows up correctly when I'm using the “Allow donors to honor whoever they want” option on the OLX form. When I try to make it a specific individual, nothing shows up.

    @Austen Brown…I just figured it out. I didn't realize I needed to add a tribute on the person's record. I had just set her up as an honor/memorial, but that was insufficient. I made the tribute and now the OLX form is populating correctly. Thank you for your help!
